The Bob Baker Interview
In Conversation with Eddie

I'm very blessed in my new role in Outpost Skaro to be able to chat to some of the most influential people to have graced Doctor Who. What is really encouraging and heart warming is to know these people and find out how warm and friendly they are... without exception I've met a whole host of wonderful, inspirational and amiable people, and my latest chat is no different.

Gary Russell

The Gary Russell Interview
In conversation with Eddie

You know, sometimes you make to list the things someone has achieved and it just blows you away. Gary Russell is one of those guys. In the world of Doctor Who he’s done just about everything. Not content with editing Doctor Who Magazine, oh no, he novelized the TV Movie, has written NA and EDAs and pioneered – that’s pioneered people – the audio treat we call Big Finish… ah, but that’s not all… he’s script edited Torchwood AND Sarah Jane Adventures, and, at last, makes it onto Doctor Who with the final three specials. So, racing round Upperboat in a virtual hover disc looking in offices, under desks and in cupboards, I finally cornered Gary and sat him in The Mind Probe… what follows is,  just about, spoiler free…

Speaking to James Moran recently, he gave us this nugget of info all about his new Project Girl Number 9... here you'll find EXCLUSIVE info about the project and a never-before-seen picture of a very familiar face...

Girl Number 9

Gareth David-Lloyd

Gareth David-Lloyd

But you're probably asking yourselves, what is Girl Number 9?? That's a very good question, I'm glad you asked. It's a new web drama, shot at Elstree Studios, written by me, with episodes 1, 2 and 3 directed by Dan Turner, and episodes 4, 5 and 6 directed by me. It's a new, different type of project, and we're all very excited about it. We've got fantastic TV actors like Gareth David-Lloyd, Tracy-Ann Oberman, and Joe Absolom, amazing music from Ben Foster, and an enormously talented crew, all pulling together to help give us extremely high production values and a cinematic feel. But you don't want to know any of that, you want to know what it's about! Unfortunately, given the fast pace and length of the episodes, I can't give too much away without... well, giving too much away. So here's what I can tell you.

Colin Brake

The Colin Brake Interview
In conversation with Eddie

Colin Brake is a prolific writer. From Bugs to Eastenders, he's written exciting, innovative and intelligent stories in a range of genres, and, of course, is known for his all encompassing Doctor Who output, from Short Trips, to EDAs, to Big Finish to the new series novels. He's even written the "Destiny" series...
I caught up with Colin trying to sneak out whilst no one was watching and strapped him to The Mind Probe...

Sil

The Nabil Shaban Interview
In conversation with Eddie

Nabil Shaban is an artisan in the true sense of the word. Poet, actor, artist, director and writer, he's a driving force in the rights for actors with disabilities and acting as a whole and is outspoken, opinionated, wise, talented and generous. Taking time out from his many projects, not least of all his latest film, he and I gobbled down some grubs and gurgled away about the return of Sil, the War on Terror and someone called Steven Moffat... whoever HE is!
